Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us. Our goal is to accomodate all of our clients. Therefore, we do ask that you please provide us with a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments. We do understand emergencies happen and we will do our best to work with you under those circumstances. 

No Show Policy

At Brittany's Beauty Bar we value our clients time. We also ask that you value ours. There will be a $25 charge for all NO shows.  If you are unable to make your appointment we ask that you give us a courtesy call. In the event when someone has prepaid a deposit for an appointment and a NO SHOW occurs, the deposit is forfeited.

Children Policy

In our efforts to offer a relaxing enviroment to all our guests, we ask that there are no children in the salon unless they are receiving a service themselves. Brittany's Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow this policy or to anyone who is not fully responsible for their children at the time of their service. Please understand this is courtesy to all other salon guests and our effort to maintain a professional atmosphere.

Product Return Policy

The product lines carried at Brittany's Beauty Bar are exclusive professional  product lines. We guarentee you will be satisfied with our hair care products. If you are unhappy with a product we recommend you consult with your stylist to make sure all products are being properly used to get the best results. If for some reason you are still unhappy with your product, we accept returns and/or exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date only if the product has been used less than twice. After 14 days there will be no returns allowed.

New Client Policy

We love making new relationships with new clients! Brittany's Beauty Bar does require a free 15 minute consultation for all new hair color clients. This gives you and the stylist the opportunity to discuss your hair needs as well as your hair goals. During this time we are also able to give you a price quote for the color service you both decide on. Once you finish your consult, the stylist will walk you up front to our front desk coordinator who will schedule your color service. A deposit of $100 will be required at the time of  booking. The deposit will be applied to your total the day of your service. This helps reduce no shows in our salon. As always, we appreciate your business and thank you for understanding our policy.
